1. Service Agreement

By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. VoyageViewfinder provides professional travel photography services including but not limited to adventure photography, landscape documentation, and travel storytelling.

2. Booking and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure booking dates
• Full payment is due 30 days before the scheduled shoot
• Cancellations made 14+ days in advance receive full refund
• Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled at no additional cost

3. Image Rights and Usage

Clients receive full personal usage rights to all delivered images. VoyageViewfinder retains copyright and marketing usage rights with client's permission. Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreement.

4. Service Limitations

Our photographers will make every effort to capture your adventure safely and professionally. We cannot guarantee specific weather conditions, wildlife encounters, or other natural phenomena beyond our control.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and protect all personal information. Images are stored securely and shared only with explicit client consent.
